"Answered prayer assured!"

Guess what people??? God answered my prayers yet again!! I've been praying about my sister's passport since Sunday on 23/11/08. On Saturday, we went to renew our passports because our passports had expired. But we did not know that it would take 2 weeks to be done until my dad told us. And Debra is leaving for Batam on a mission's trip on the 1st of December! The trip was only 1 week away! There was no way she could go if she can't get her passport.

So on the following day, which was Sunday, I told my mentor about the situation and we prayed about it. Then on Thursday, when I went to meet a group of Christians that I recently joined, I told them about Debra's situation and we prayed about it. And just today, my prayer was answered! Dad told me today that the passports are ready to be picked up! This is my testimony of God's grace and care.

Within 6 days, both my prayers have been answered! First, God answered my prayer about my bowling through my pastor at a sermon on Sunday. And now, my prayer about Debra's passport has also been answered!

Thank the Lord indeed! It feels good to trust in Him, and know that everything will be okay. My burdens have been lightened as I put more trust in Him. Just like the verse that Iwas told to memorize by my mentor, Assurance of Answered Prayer, John 16:24, "Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete."
